Our Projects

The Westlake principals began working together with institutionally funded portfolios in the post 2009 US financial crisis.  At this unique point in history, the principals recognized the need for action and the opportunity to create new housing inventory for growing populations in our markets.
 

As of Q1 2022,  the Westlake principals are managing land and portfolios of single family residential home projects on behalf of our partners and client funds with hundreds of assets across 4 States.
